Payment Payment must be made within 30 days after the assignment. Dollars are accepted as well as Euros. The Dollar rate will be calculated. Payment Options: PayPal Ikobo Bank transfer Cash Booking Urgent assignments are accepted for consecutive, liaison and whispered interpretation only. For simultaneous interpretation please contact me 3 weeks in advance. Although, I take urgent assignments, I cannot guarantee my availability without previous booking. For guaranteed booking please contact me 1.5 weeks before the event. Services abroad If the event takes place in another country, the client is responsible for the following expenses: airline ticket, hotel. Meal expense is charged at 50 euro per day. An additional 100 euro fee is charged for each travel day. Cancellation: Cancellation 3 days before the event is free of charge. If cancellation is made within 3 days of the event, 50% of agreed rate will be charged. Services abroad are cancelled only according to the contract.
